I really hate to do this, but I'm just going to nip this in the bud now. The majority of my comments regarding my work have been wonderful, highly positive, and encouraging. Then there are those who do not like my mods but move on. That is the mature thing to do. But there are those in this world who insist on giving their entitled input. Constructive criticisms are welcome. Toxicity is not. I try to give my mod pages a positive environment while trying to help people get the most out of my mods. Yet, while I am a happy person, I don't have the patience for entitlement. I will be blunt.
If you do not like my mods, you are free to find what you like elsewhere. Free will is a wonderful thing. Modders work very hard making their creations for you all that are FREE. Don't be that person who complains about free stuff. The gaming industry is toxic enough. Let's keep things positive and fun. If you don't like my mod, do not comment on how much you hate it. Those kinds of comments benefit no one. That includes in email. I do not care about your perceived entitlement.
Seriously, dudes and dudettes, thanks for the support. This has never happened before. I feel like I just won a hot dog eating contest... trophy at the end, but slightly nauseous that I'm going to have to top this now LOL.
1. I've dramatically changed some NPCs, especially if they are marriageable. You will note that the most drastic is Belrand and I won't apologize for it
2. If you want to remove any NPCs I have instructions on my older NPC overhauls in the Posts Section. I have reposted it about five times and don't feel I need to do it again.
3. I have changed up all the NPCs. I have overhauled my overhauls. I've added .nif files to the mods, rebuilt the faces using Tempered Skins and SOS Light (mod does not have skins attached) for consistency purposes, and made some other minor tweaks. I'm happier with it all.
4. I've created each updated NPCs from my other mods as well as this with High Poly Head V.4.
5. I will NOT make one large mod page for all my NPCs yet... 'yet' being the operative word. I have a lot more NPCs to do. When they are all finished, then I will do so. For now, you have to suffer separate files.
MERGING - Just a note for anyone using PoeticAnt44's fomod installer with the BSA. If you plan to do an NPC merge, the bsa will need to be extracted. Otherwise you will probably end up with black faces. Again, this is only if you merge NPC overhauls down to one esp. Anyone who ends up getting the black face bug whether you merge or not, might also want to extract the BSA, as loose assets always overwrite assets in a BSA.
Thanks for this Sattyre. They can also download the individual mod files in each mod page. They are not bsa's. They will have all the nifs and textures in the files.
Ohhhh myyyy! So gorgeous and so many of them! I love that they look like rugged Nords and not modern underwear models. Love that the older men got the treatment too! Don't want all my Skyrim dudes looking like I could be their mom. Lovely lovely work. As Jane said on Firefly, "I'll be in my bunk". Ahem.
I notice that this mod edits some of the same men as Pandorable's does, and you said in the description that using two mods that alter the same character can cause black face issues. Do your overhaul mods all modify the same ones as Pan's? Thanks!
I overhauled pretty much all men. The answer is yes. There are tons and tons of notes above that talk about using multiple NPC mods that overhaul the same NPCs.
If you go to my files page on my profile, you will see the full and complete overhaul and all the notes.
Oh my god, they're delicious!! Thanks for making this mod. There are so many mods for women and whereas I do appreciate that, there needs to be beautiful men, too. The best of both worlds. Bears *and* kittens.
This goes for the FOMOD, too, but General Tullius' face doesn't change from vanilla. I don't have any dependency issues and etc that would cause this. He's the only NPC who doesn't change.
I have no earthly idea. Are you sure you're not using another male NPC mod? This is something that would definitely be a mod conflict. If it were on my end, after 3,000+ downloads, it would have been reported by now. Double-check if you have any mods that change Solitude, Castle Dour, Civil War, male NPCs. Some mods that don't directly involve NPCs can change them too. Download SSEEdit and see where the mod conflict is.
It's all good . Someone wrote an article for me, which I loved, but unfortunately, it brought the unhappy people with it. I just remove their posts and try to keep this a toxic-free zone .
Thank you so much for stopping by and glad you enjoy my guys.
Poetic.... back again... I see you have put up another group... WONDERFUL!
I am curious if anyone has taken dibs on an AI Overhaul SSE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21654) patch for these handsome fellas? I was working through my load order and realized I had patches for the female mods.... and when activating AI Overhaul, makes the rugged men look not so great... needs a patch. I have beginner CR skills and will put my hand to it in the next week likely, just curious if one of the professionals have this in their cue already?

You make very, very, very, beautiful npcs. *ahem* *settles herself down*
I appreciate greatly the work involved, and your generosity in sharing them so these lovely fellows can enrich my gameplay.
Truly, very well done, and kudos to you.
