Hi! I would like to make mine jump a little higher, but not too much. I am having trouble opening the script. Which programs can open this file? Thanks!
Hi, unfortunately you can't edit other people's scripts without the source .psc files. Which I don't have either XD (but there's a decompiler around, it seems) I might actually take the time to make this mod configurable, once and for all. But it could take days.
I see a lot of people in comments here asking for higher jump modifiers. I think the best solution was really what Moonlight Tales did with their power jump ability. Press the activation key and get 1 reeeeally high jump with no fall damage. Don't know if something like that would be easier or way more complicated. That or the way it is now but combined with a mod that could allow variable height based on how long you press the button. Just an idea since it isn't configurable atm. In any case I'm happy enough with the 4x jump + Growl which has no fall damage.
Hi ! Love this mod but I noticed that the landing sound of the Werewolf plays too soon. The game still thinks I have the same jump height even though it’s not the case. I don’t really know how to fix this.
I know one can change jump height with the Cheat Room, though it’s an unimmersive mod - so there must be some way to make the effect happen and isolate it to the werewolf state, but a mod like that would probably work differently!
Can you please try the alternative download (under "old versions") and tell me if that one works? Also, have you tried to start the game multiple times? A guy on the nexus' discord tested the mod for me and he crashed only the first time, for some odd reason.
Okay, I tried several times and it would crash every time, unless I deactivated this mod. I then installed the one you put in the old files and it works great! The only thing I'm sad about is that I like the alternate version with higher jumping :) Hopefully that is helpful info for you!
Thank you! I'll make an alternative version for the "modified" one too, so you can try it if you want (although, you shouldn't switch from one to the other if you've saved the game while using one of them). If that one works for you too, then I'll replace the main ones with these ones. And hopefully fix the issue once and for all.
Yes it's incompatible, sorry. And please don't ask me to make it compatible... I'd really like to stop modding for skyrim and even doing a simple re-save of this mod with the updated game seems to have broken it... I shouldn't have touched it...
I'm running this with Moonlight tales on Skyrim AE 1.6.342 and SKSE 2.1.4 and I cannot see any change when installing the modified version. When running loot I see no errors or conflicts and the file is loaded in the plugin. Any thoughts?
I guess I'll have to finally update the game ro rebuild my mods just in case. Problem is, many mods I use are probably not gonna get updated for skyrim AE... I hope there's a clean way to go back to the previous version because I don't wanna back up 14GB of data (the whole game).
Welp I bit the bullet, went and did it. Then I restored the previous files in place of the ones I had (all the 14GB). I used SKSE 2.1.5 but there shouldn't really be any difference unless they changed how .bsa files work between the last two minor updates of the game.

Legend! I'll backup saves and esm and let you know what it does to a mid game install lol. Thanks a lot for the effort dude!
EDIT: Still not seeing it working on my end after removing the last version, cleaning save and adding new one. I don't have time to test one a new save of my SE and SKSE but when I get a chance I will. Regardless, thanks a lot for taking the time to make the change mate.
I thought this as well but When I use xEdit I can see it uses the same vanilla race. I can also see your mods script sits as an unattached instance when using Fallrim, not sure if that's intentional though, my modding skills are extremely basic.
It very well maybe the versions of Skyrim SE and SKSE I'm using. I can see others comments but without logs or their versions I don't know how you're supposed to debug lol.
I've reuploaded the previous version of the mod (it's under "old versions"). Please tell me if that one works. If it doesn't, I really don't know what the problem could be.

(and, I don't own an xbox to test mods on...)

I don't see anything wrong in xEdit, anyway.
