Texture reduction to improve performance on low-resource computers.
Requires Skyrim Flora Overhaul 2.72D of vurt. Copy and replace.
Tested in Skyrim Special Edition. Hardware: i7-7700, GTX 1650 super, 16GB RAM.

Caution: don't let the vurt chests be empty! I recommend leaving part of your gold with the donation button that he provides in his profile and/or in Skyrim Flora Overhaul. This increases vurt's health. More health = more probability that he will make us happy!
Important: before reporting a texture problem to vurt. I recommend trying Skyrim Flora Overhaul without my optimization to verify that it is not a problem that I caused.

My configuration (summary):
Run SkyrimSELauncher.exe from your Skyrim Special Edition folder. Click Options, click Hight, Advanced and make sure 64-bit Render Targets is checked. And uncheck Snow Shader and Lens Flare.
Setting Antialiasing to TAA, un-check window mode.
Open your SkyrimPrefs.ini file from your Documents->My Games->Skyrim Special Edition directory, and set bTreesReceiveShadows=1, bShadowsOnGrass=1 (may need to add manually), and bDrawLandShadows=1.
Settings for enbseries.ini:
[EFFECTS] section > all "false"
[COMPLEXFIRELIGHTS] section > EnableBigRange=false
[COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS] section > EnableBigRange=false
