I understand how you perceive it, I only use minor mods for my game, I only use Ashara for the change to Vorstag....he's always been my favorite husband. lol

I have touched no quests and I don't know what an Actor Record is so I'm going to assume no. The only changes as of the posting of this comment: Jenassa is essential, Jenassa has dwarven weapons, and Jenassa weighs slightly more. Any further changes will be listed in the descriptions.
I expect more modders like you to focus on Jenassa because I feel that she is one of the most underrated follower in Skyrim's list of followers & not many mods are there specifically aimed at Jenassa.
Aside from my first test run of the original game in 2011 in which I was a Dunmer that married Ysolda, joined the St*rmcl**ks thinking I could spy on them, and slaughtered some innocents, Jenassa is my most-used follower and most-married NPC. It's disappointed me too how few mods touch on her.

Jenassa:
- is now Essential
- has blood-red facepaint
- has a weight of 100
- has Dwemer sword and dagger instead of iron
- level multiplier with player is now x2 instead of x1
Future Plans:
- Boost stealth
- Adjust outfit so you can remove her armor to give her whatever armor
you desire, or clothes if you want her at home taking care of the kids
