I use Vaultman30's Armor Extended mod, which replaces most of the vanilla armors to more historical European Dark Ages to High Middle Ages armors, and found her wearing lather lamellar armor.
Same here. Vaultman's had her dressed in a hide scale cuirass, Nord boots, a brown woolen cloak and a nord fur hat as a default outfit. Having her hair up in a hat revealed some war paint on the ear sides of her eyes that I didn't care for. She has a very beautiful face and the war paint detracted from it IMHO. I wish it wasn't there, but her hair covers it when it is down, so I removed the hat with console codes to get her hair to come down (use removeitem not unequipitem or the hat will return when she zones). Once the pesky hat is gone she equips the barbarian circlet in her inventory - a much better look. I dislike having to dress and undress followers with console codes. I realize that sometimes it is unavoidable. I think default outfits should be nonexistent such as the way Sofia comes, or with one cloth dress. Even with a one cloth dress default outfit, you can't put some other cloth dress on her without having to remove the first one with console codes. It would be nice if one could default to nude, but wearing an outfit that was entirely in the follower's inventory. That way you could dress and redress her for any event without resorting to the console.

( I try to avoid atronachs and other summonings / conjurations noisily stomping around, confusing my fights, etc. Healing is good ; the odd fireball or lightning bolt I can tolerate ).

Sultry voice, and very sultry look with the black hair & well crafted eyes. Everything else looks good too (I chose UUNP).
Only thing that worried me was Level 25 in the text on the description page. Naturally I load followers up over time with heavily tempered and enchanted equipment. but she went to Level 415 no problem. For any that don't have levels uncapped, I'm not invincible - occasionally some heavies in OBIS and similar have done me in one shot. Rare, but surprising when it happens!.
Dhaena is one of those followers that could easily grow on you - and I'll certainly let her!. Good work as always. Endorsed.
Nice!!! I have all your other followers except Gisela due to there being a TON of errors being reported in that plugin by SSE Edtt. Will gladly give Dhaena a try but also hope Gisela will be purged of errors at some point...

Does this mean she is NOT wearing the armor in the screenshots? And if so, what is she wearing by default?
