I like most of the changes, if only to see another take on the stones, but I think the Lady stone is a miss. I have played with it for around six hours now, and in the majority of situations, I feel stronger with no stone than with the Lady stone. Most of the time the Lady stone feels like a punishment. (I am using vokrii and odin as well).
In fights against single foes with basic weapons who won't kill me even through a block (giants, etc) or against hordes of lesser foes with basic weapons where you can avoid getting surrounded, this stone feels pretty nice. In concert with vokrii perks that drain stamina from the enemy on a block, or increase your own mitigation if the enemy has no stamina, it feels on par with some of the other stones. But in virtually every other situation I can think of, it's a massive detriment. Just a few examples:
Falmer: You don't want to be getting poisoned over and over just to get back a meager 25 stamina, and with no stamina you won't be bashing. A falmer power attack will kill you.
Chaurus: Chaurus are nightmares, since they tend to lunge and it does massive damage, and strong poison. Normally I would let my stamina regen, then use bash to keep them pinned.
Mages: You can no longer take cover and let your stamina recover so that you can charge the enemy and overwhelm them. Ice mages now kill you even more than before.
Archers: See above. (only a problem if 2-handing).
You are technically in combat, but the enemy is 500 yards away on the other side of a wall: this just feels gross and bad. And you can't even chase them down because you don't regen in combat. I had this happen with a hostile deer and it was agony.
You can also no longer wait the two seconds to get your full movement speed back, or do a power attack, or anything really. I quite enjoy Enai's design on most things (did you know we came up with the same racials for the Imperials independently? I chose 10% and one perk, and called it "Cosmopolitan") but I think the Lady stone just doesn't work. I might still take it if it only cut regen by 50 or 0%, and if it actually helped block percent. I would make the argument that especially in EnaiRim, having regular stamina regen is actually significantly stronger than the Lady stone in almost all situations.
The bottom line seems to be that blocking is useless in your game, not that the stone is useless. Combat mods such as Valravn will fix blocking to make it viable.
Speed mult seems to get overwritten by the effect from update.esm in bashed patch, so it gets 100% more speed instead of 15%. Edit: No clue how to fix this properly, would appreciate if someone told. Edit2: I made a simple patch with SSEEdit, which carries steed stone effects from evenstar, loaded after bashed patch it fixes the issue for me https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YW-zWC4REbyvJkEVL8VuaVQPN9DqJL8y/view?usp=sharing If you already have the steed stone effect you will have to remove it with a console and take it agian for the patch to take effect.
So I've activated the atronach stone and am thinking about using it for longer and making a kinda build around it. I'm wondering how spell effectiveness is implemented, can we expect something like for conjuration - spells last longer, for restoration - heal values are higher, etc?
I made the mistake of trying to remove this mod a while back and cleaned my save with resaver. Now every time I load into game I have the lady stone including whatever other stone I had before. Ill remove it with console but it it always comes back even if I remove the mod again or try to use Auroora instead. Anyone else have experience with this and know how to stop the script re adding it possibly with Resaver?
I had this problem as well. I had to revert to a save before attempting to remove this mod. I then removed the standing stone effect via console. This worked for me.
Has anybody tried using this in combination with CCO's Permanent Birthsigns? I'm guessing that combining them wouldn't work properly without some modification to the latter.

Edit: You move 40% while sneaking.
