I'll put any news or updates here, everyone. (SE Version) And if you notice anything wrong with the mod, be sure to let me know. There are a lot of files in this thing, and it'd be easy for me to make a dumb typo somewhere and mess something up. I sure hope that didn't happen.
Update June 15, 2022: I added "None" options to the installers, in case there were any textures you wanted to skip. Don't hesitate to let me know if I messed up and broke the mod somehow.
a little confused with this mod, are the colors based off of mage rank rather than mage schools? How do I get destruction mages to wear red and conjuration mages to wear purple? Everyone just wears colors based off rank instead of school
That functionality is not included here and would require a separate mod. This is just a texture replacer. Everything should be covered in the Description page.
Yes, but I think the question is whether or not you chose random replacements\rank appropriate replacements\why is they motivation for the colors you chose to replace.

Others have mentioned that issue as well. That happens because the game generates robes and boots with some amount of randomization among the different textures for each robes (apprentice vs. apprentice variant etc. etc.) So sometimes, you might get boots that don't match with the robes. If you absolutely want to prevent this from ever happening, just choose a single color variant for all apprentice robe options when you install the mod, and a single color variant for all journeyman robe options. That way, the game can't mix things up for you.
I have Opulent Outfits mod with the esp stored on my old hard drive and don't mind sharing it with y'all. Only issue is I installed it manually (back when I first started modding) so the files are scattered in the data folder. Not sure if those other files are needed, but if they are I just need someone to remind me which files were part of the archive
I'm having a problem with this mod. I'm using the Immersive College of Winterhold mod with the opulent outfits patch, but Vortex keeps saying "Missing Masters" on the opulent outfits patch. When I open the notification, the missing file is called "OpulentOutfits_2017-SSE AIO.esp" but I downloaded the 2k and 4k versions to try and get them to work , but neither of them have the needed .esp file
IF they are properly showing up for you in your game, then you need to complete the College Questline to get it.
IF they are just not showing up properly in your game, then you likely have a conflicting mod. I myself had noticed Shiva's Vanilla Clothing replacer was replacing my Archmage Robes no matter the loading order.
I completed the collage of winterhold questline and for some reason it's not showing up I'm using the Xbox version if that helps Edit: also some of the monk robes didn't change as well but tge hoods did
Yes, but you'll need to figure what their item ID is, then use the console to grab it for yourself. They use a variation of boots from the colors you selected. At least from what I can see.
