    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Alright, so Skyrim - Textures.bsa files can get as big as 2.01 gigs before causing problems. The focus of this update was to cram as many 4x upscaled textues as I could possibly fit, increasing the total file size by 1.2 gigs. Each of the bsa's is now quite full.

New additions include Moizoos' - Seamless Cubemaps, which is pretty self-explanitory; and Akira1364's - Glorious Gradients, which upscales the gradient effects.

Most of the changes to IconicDeath's textures are tweaks or bigger, but the biggest change is to Dungeons. Now includes 4x dwemer and nordic ruins.

The last significant change is to XilaMonstrr's - Fabulous Facegen, using the bigger 1gig [512] files, which are now technically vanilla sized but are of exquisite quality.

Lastly 5-2-2a is now ONLY the 0-8.bsa's, splitting off the rest into *Optional Loose Textures for USSEP*. Completely optional, but recommended to use with the Skyrim Unofficial Patch.

(Always min/maxing to get consistant texture resolutions)

It seems that the new version of SSE does not display some textures correctly (as if they are missing, earth with tiles textures in Helgen have problems in the new version). This is probably due to the Cleaned Skyrim SE Textures in the new version of SSE.

I don't get this issue on the latest Skyrim BoB downgraded to 1.5.97.

You can actually fix that by using this mod called Better Blending Helgen Mud: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/90261?tab=description

The only resolution I don't understand is not using the 1024 version of Fabulous Facegen. 512 is the vanilla resolution and it's quite low for something you're going to be looking at a lot.

Another thing, Skyrim - Patch.bsa needs to load before the textures BSAs in Skyrim.ini and SkyrimCustom.ini with this mod installed.

Cleaning alone makes a huge difference. The point of this is to x2 and clean vanilla textures as a baseline to cover vanilla textures and to build on top of since textures are super compatible. 1k face gen textures look great to me its not stretched at all even looking very close. scaling up textures gives diminishing returns for exponentially higher performance drop

I don't understand your point. If you're saying the 1k face gen textures look great then why are you advocating against using them in favor of the vanilla resolution?

I edited it to add *"and clean" . I think that might have confused you

You have a valid point, but its 270 mb of what your downloading you can just slap the 1k 1g version on top

You can just do it yourself, but next the time the mod updates I think the author should include the 1k version Fabulous Facegen. If the goal here is to upscale as much as possible and leave the rest cleaned, then it only makes sense to make the facegen higher resolution. 1k is not that much more VRAM than 512.

Wow I was in the process of doing this with the individual mods finally got to Cube maps then I see your comment could of saved a lot of time but at least it does make it easier to go endorse

I don't think I understood what this mod does. How is this 15GB if it includes all of these other mods, and since only some of IconicDeath's upscale mods are like 9GB alone the smaller version too? Or do I have to download everything from the description and then use this mod? This might be a stupid question but I'm really confused right now.

So this is a compilation mod, meaning I took bits and pieces from a bunch of those mods to make one big one.

The only file you need is Skyrim Textures Upscaled v5-2-2a. It replaces every texture in the game with slightly better ones.

Hello there, IconicDeath also made upscale mods for Effects, Creature and Clutter textures. Are any of them included in your mod or do they need to be installed separately?
Also, will your other mod (for CC) conflict with this one Creation Club Content - Properly Environment Mapped?

A phenomenal work indeed,I really appreciate the effort u put into it honestly it's like the best of all worlds combined into 1 entity. U can just plug & play Skyrim with this mod alone

Thanks for your work. Must have took some time. Would you please so kind to share a bit of your experience (a few sentences are enough):
    * How much time it took
    * Was it difficult (to do or learn)
    * PreRequisites for good results?

I ask because I'm one of the few who really like Noble Skyrim but as permissions closed and author gone, only possible way to get a cleaned/upscaled version is to do it yourself.

I am going to try this. I will also pair it with reshade and upscaler plus few other environmental mods. I have something in mind that will make skyrim look amazing with vanilla textures. I will post photo if you want. Best of all it might help those who can't like me playwith enb. I can't play with enb because i'dont have beefy pc and partialy bacuse of upscaler.

I don't have a beefy computer either, hence my constant quality/performance tinkering.

      Pictures are always welcome!
