which file in particular? no, it shouldn't. Seeing as it worked fine for me during testing. If it really bothers you just open and save it in the x64 ck
i never get why get so pissy about form 43, sse can read it just fine and there really is no risk of a problem from it. But i appreciate you telling me! i'll fix it regardless
this is wrong, while some plugins might be read they don't function as intended. don't spread misinformation. it is highly recommended to have all plugins as form 44 for SSE, no exceptions.
this is factually untrue, while sse can read 43 (it can actually read from 15 to 44), sse has differences in the record structure that can cause issues unless its in form version 44 e.g critical data was changed.

could this be a problem?
