Any chance of a Resurgence Armory - Daedric Weapons and Armor Overhaul patch? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/67389 He also has a LeanWolfs Better-Shaped Weapons patch.
Where do I place a ENB-file in the load order? For the moment I let my ENB-files overrule all mods (mostly), but not sure if that is the right way. What about Lux and ELFX shadows? Do I overrule armor mods like Himbo?
Do I place ENB-light at the beginnig, in the middel or end of load order? I know it is not your mod, but I hope you can help anyway
Yes, the examples you provided would not work correctly without a patch (there is a patch for Believable weapons in the FOMOD!).
The particle light from the armor will still function, but the changes to the glow intensity and animation on the armor itself would not be present, and the light would not match the special colors that Daedric Retexture 2.0 includes.
In most cases, yes you should let meshes with particle light (the ENB files) overwrite other things, since if you don't, their purpose of being in your load order (to provide light sources) will likely not function. As for the ENB light plugin, I do not believe its load order is very important. To be on the safe side, you could let it load late to make sure it wins any potential record conflicts, but in most cases putting it at the beginning would work just as well.
Is it possible for you to provide a patch for ElSopa's daedric quiver? I love those quivers and it's the only reason I'm not getting enb lights for daedric equipment, I'd hate to see the inconsistency :D
After a brief 9 month period and five reminders, the patch is finally published. It can be found under the optional files. For anyone still interested after all this time, I hope you enjoy
In case anyone needed or wanted it, covers both weapons and armors, the only change is a cubemap change to use the Skyrealism cubemaps and the enviromental map settings from 1.75 to 0.70
So, how does this work? I don't notice any glow, and I've turned on "EnableComplexParticleLights" in the Effects section (ENB UI) and "EnableBigRange"in the [COMPLEXPARTICLELIGHTS] section.

Hope this helps
is it just me or does this mod make the red on daedric items pretty orange?edit: turns out it was just my enb preset lol
I made a patch for Cathedral Armory, link here.

Thank you for the help Rudy, I hadn't used Nifskope before so it was an experience going into it without any tutorials.
