I didn't find this mod until after disabling three pairs of cultists in my game XD. So, because I don't want to undo my progress, I am doing the dangerous thing and loading this up mid game.
I am going to first use console commands to reset the quest markers to before Way of The Voice is completed. Save the game. Then down load this mod. After installation, I'll go back in and use commands again to mark Way of The Voice as complete and continue from that point forward. If this works, or I run into issues, I'll be back XD
SSEdit is your friend here you need to know the quest ID for that though given timing is everything is now on SE and the mod author said this was just for until that was ported over and inspired by it so i guess just use that
Can confirm it worked first playthrough but on my second new game they showed up after I got the Horn of Thingymabob. Not a huge bummer but still a bummer.
Does this also delay the whole tree stone teleport effect? Or affect the Skaal village (circle ward)? I'd love to enjoy Solstheim before getting into the whole Alduin and Miraak storylines, just be a regular person traveling through Skyrim and Solstheim before getting into the main questlines.
For those saying the mod does not work...you are half correct, This mod correctly changes the conditions for the main dragonborn starting quest (where only 2 cultists attack you) to only trigger after you finish the Dragonslayer quest. However, it does not change the conditions for the Random Encounter that can occur once you are above level 25, where 3 cultists appear. Unfortunately dealing with this random encounter also makes the dragonborn quest start.
In order to fix this you need to edit the random encounter quest (called "cultist vs player") using SSEEdit to make it have the same condition (finishing Dragonslayer) as the quest this mod edits. The quest should have ID DLC2WE09. I was able to do this fairly simply by making the same changes Duzzo123 has done to the quest within this mod.
After making this edit I have not encountered any cultists in my last 3 days of play. Prior to this, once I reached level 25, I was encountering the 3 cultists almost every 4th or 5th random encounter spawn point, and consciously road past them on my horse to not trigger the quest.
If any of you make this change but still end up having the cultists attack, I'm afraid there may be something wrong with your save game or other mods conflicting.

the cultist that show up at level 25 (the 3) is a random encounter this mod affects the 2 cultists that show up you'll need to edit the random encounter in SSEEdit its in the same node the author altered under condition 3
Question: I am thinking about starting a whole new character with the Live Another Life mod in order to delay that Helgen bullshit that takes me to the Jarl and automatically makes me Dragonborn since the very beginning of the game. I also have another character that has already passed all the DLC questlines including this one, and my question is, if I load that finished character with this mod will any issue be presented since I have already finished the questline? Would I have to disable the mod every time I want to use my finished character and if I do that, won't it interfere with the other character?

As that makes use of SKSE (I believe?) and MCM I put this together as a quick fix until that mod is ported over.

Edit: NVM apparently people have had this issue with 0 mods
