An .esp file that increases the pickpocket cap from 90% to 100%

Have you ever been annoyed by the fact, that when you play as one of the best thief in all of Skyrim and maybe even Tamriel, you cannot be sure if you could steal a coin from a delusional beggar with no conact to the outside world whatsoever ? Well, now you can, because this .esp increased the original 90% threshold of pickpocketing someone to 100%, so now you don't have to count on luck every time you want to pickpocket someone.
IMPORTANT: There was a bug with this mod unchecking itself, it's fixed now, please download the 2.0 version of the file.
