if you use ENB – Light – Alchemy Ingredients, load Ingredients after all the mods. if it still won't work, on vortex, right click Ingredients and chose "Manage File Conflicts". Then chose firesaltpile.nif and change it to "Ingredients".
Another user posted this in the posts under ENB – Light – Alchemy Ingredients for Mod Organizer 2 users which fixed it for him "For those of you who use Ingredients, be sure to place this mod further down (later) in MO2. And don't worry about the texture overrides, they're the same SMIM textures in both mods"
For those having the missing fire salt bowl problem if you are using vortex right click the mod go to manage file conflicts find the fire salt in the list and make sure it is on ingredients. If you are using enb for ingredients it will choose that over the ingredients.
?You can run Skyrim 2020 without this mod if you don't want parallax, but why would you ?
Mostly because it crashes "while enb compiles shaders". Any tips on fixing? Edit: good folks below claim enb addresses the purpose of Parallax Shader Fix. Disabling mod is a fix too then :).
