This is a lovely idea. How hard would it be for you to do this same patch but with Legacy of the Dragonborn? LotD has Bookcovers Skyrim built in, so your patch wouldn't recognize that the files exist for people who use LotD. If it's too much work or you have no interest in pursuing this, I understand. Thanks for making this patch set.

Tbh, it would be as simple as changing the master from Bookcoverskyrim to LOTDv5, asumming they are using the same assets and file links.

Sorry, I've been very sick. Just got this. I doubt I could focus well enough to adapt it as you ask, but I would support others doing so with credit. I don't think I have it in me to merge all those assets manually again. I did all of this in SSEEdit, line by line.

Maybe. I haven't modded Skyrim in some time, and one of my health issues involves severe memory problems. I'd have to re-learn how.

LotD has a patch in their patch hub https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30980 and if you still want them to be weightless and weigh nothing just use the non merged version
