Late reply but in case anyone is still looking - if it's not in your Skyrim.ini/SkyrimPrefs.ini, just add fGlobalContrastBoost=-0.2 under the [Display] section :3
(I'm redownloading my mods 2 yrs later and accidentally stumbled upon this thread looking for Skyrim.ini again T_T didn't remember leaving my prev comment)
Open Skyrim.ini and change fGlobalContrastBoost to -0.2
Skyrim.ini
[Display] fGlobalCjavascript-event-stripped-0.2
fGlobalCjavascript-event-stripped-0.2 is a display bug on nexus website, this is not a value you should edit. If you dont have in your \Users\[YOUR USER NAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Skyrim.ini value like fGlobalContrastBoost just add it on display section.
im having issues with the pirate bloom. its too much and too bright causing it to look pixelated which is most noticeable on loading screen text and dialogue
DaVinci Reshade.ini is contained in this mod. If you go to the "Manual Download" button and click on "File Contents" just below that you'll see it's the very first thing listed. After you've installed the ReShade program itself, take the mod from here, extract it according to the directions and you'll find the .ini file in your Skyrim Special Edition folder (where the game .exe is located).
Hope that helps. If not, let me direct you to a video...
i've been using this preset for a little while now, it has required very little tweaking for me to get my preferred look. absolutely my favorite preset that i've come across (and i've tried a lottttt)
