I really hate to do this, but I'm just going to nip this in the bud now. The majority of my comments regarding my work have been wonderful, highly positive, and encouraging. Then there are those who do not like my mods but move on. That is the mature thing to do. But there are those in this world who insist on giving their entitled input. Constructive criticisms are welcome. Toxicity is not. I try to give my mod pages a positive environment while trying to help people get the most out of my mods. Yet, while I am a happy person, I don't have the patience for entitlement. I will be blunt.
If you do not like my mods, you are free to find what you like elsewhere. Free will is a wonderful thing. Modders work very hard making their creations for you all that are FREE. Don't be that person who complains about free stuff. The gaming industry is toxic enough. Let's keep things positive and fun. If you don't like my mod, do not comment on how much you hate it. Those kinds of comments benefit no one. That includes in email. I do not care about your perceived entitlement.
1. Nils and Sifnar are older than dirt. Because of that, their skin is older than dirt and more wrinkled than a one-month-old prune left sitting in the sun. What is my point you ask? Well, there is a neck seam. The skin mod I use doesn't have 'Ancient' listed in the slider of RaceMenu. One rarely sees these old geezers, so I am leaving faces as I created them.
2. I've dramatically changed some NPCs, especially if they are marriageable. Ulfric has probably changed the most, but I wanted him more rugged and regal than he was before and I think I accomplished this. This is my creative vision and I know these lovely dudes aren't for everyone. I am not doing NPC overhauls just to keep them vanilla... what's the fun in that? (Ulfric's voice and his new face work marvelously together, but I might be biased)
3. If you want to remove any NPCs I have instructions on my other NPC overhauls in the Posts Section. I have reposted it about five times and don't feel I need to do it again.
4. I have changed up all the NPCs. I have overhauled my overhauls. I've added .nif files to the mods, rebuilt the faces using Tempered Skins and SOS Light (mod does not have skins attached) for consistency purposes, and made some other minor tweaks. I'm happier with it all.
5. I've created each updated NPCs from my other mods as well as this with High Poly Head V.4.
6. I will NOT make one large mod page for all my NPCs yet... 'yet' being the operative word. I have a lot more NPCs to do. When they are all finished, then I will do so. For now, you have to suffer separate files.
I'm not sure. I'm assuming so since I didn't add any skin textures or meshes to their bodies. Just no mods that changes their physical size (weight). All you can do is try, right?
I know you said doesnt work with mods that change sizes, so the mod skyrim sizes would be incompatible with this right? probably a stupid question....but thought i'd ask.
I don't mind the multiple files, but is there any chance of getting ESL versions of your work? It's 2020 and I don't think many peoples mod lists can integrate dozens more ESM's. The work is amazing btw.
Sorry, I didn't see that. Thank you for the quick reply. These are easily some of the most stunning npc overhauls I've seen and I'm really excited for my next run to include them!
DLed the male AIO... HOLY COW, HOLY COW!!!! (pardon my gushing for a second)... my Skyrim has never looked better. Finally my female char has some decent looking men to use Speechcraft Persuasion on!!!! I am going back to DL all of them just so I can endorse! Fantastic job on the women, and superfantastic job on the males... a very neglected aspect of Skyrim gameplay IMO. You are like the Docteur/Jeir of male retextures!
Do your Skyrim a favor... DL the All in One NOW and enjoy!!!!
IMPORTANT: This just came to my attention. If you are using the updated FOMOD or are updating any of my NPCs, please delete the old ones first. I have rebuilt all the mods and renamed them a little differently for consistency purposes. It's best to fully uninstall my old ones and reinstall the updated ones.
UPDATE: You all asked (*cough* nagged and nagged and wore me down) for an all-in-one installer. I have figured it all out and I have uploaded it. Please note that this FOMOD gets bigger and longer to up/download the more NPCs I add. This includes all my NPCs overhauls as well as POS Presets. I have loaded it in my Small Town Men ONLY. I don't want load this over and over... it's big and takes too long. Grab from link below:
Yeah, that's what it looks like. While I was going through my NPC overhauls to resolve conflicts, I only found Facegen for the Windhelm NPCs in the FOMOD from this page. All of the .ESPs were included, along with all the record changes for NPCs, but their facegen was missing. This would explain any black face bugs, since those happen when the latest record change in the plugin order doesn't match the latest facegen in the mod load order.
It could be a download issue on my end, though. I count 36 .nifs in the FaceGen folder on the FOMOD AIO download. I'd assume the complete Pride of Skyrim series features more than 36 NPCs?
I'm assuming that's on your end. I haven't heard of this problem happening before. You can do a manual download and drag and drop into your MM (make sure you have no residual files when you uninstall). All the facegens are there. I know this because I downloaded this FOMOD from my mod page here to make sure it works for you all. I've been playing all my NPCs just fine. To give you a perspective on how many .nifs you need Reach Men by themselves are 58 of them. But I assure you this FOMOD works. I would download again OR manually download and drag/drop the FOMOD in your MM. If it still doesn't work, you can always download them individually from their respective mod pages.
I had this issue as well actually. Basically, all the NPCs (or the ones I checked at least) had the black face bug. The esp is there, it's just the facegens that are not. I decided to install them one by one and it worked then.
The facegens are there. The FOMOD had the mods as .bsa files to save space. If the bsa files aren't working for you, then download the .esp file that I always have as a separate file in each mod page. All textures and facegens are in the individual downloads.

But can you tell me how to remove warpaints from some NPCs through SSEEdit?
Btw, you can also learn to flag your own mods. It's not hard. I can do it, anyone can.
