really wish this removed her dialogue about namira and she treated you like her significant other. perhaps she'd use senna's dialogue post marriage as they have the same voice actor. that would perfect this mod

Hey there, love your mod, I have a problem with the forsworn face tattoo, they have a white color, I tried changing the color in SSEEdit but it stays white, (I only use one skin texture mod that is close to vanilla)

That shouldn't happen, skin texture mods do not affect warpaints, do you have any mods that alters races, warpaints etc?

No, I don't have any mod that touches warpaint or alters race visually ( I use Heights of Skyrim and hair/eyebrows/teeth mods ), what's bizarre is that everything works fine and can be changed in SSEEdit ( I test the game and all the changes can be applied ) except the warpaints and it's coloring; well thanks for replying anyway.

You can try moving my mod up and down the load order, moving it above and below those mods that affect heights, hairs etc, that sometimes helps with mod conflicts.

Sadly I'm having exactly the same issue with the dark face bug, no matter what I try.

The setnpcweight 35 fix works but then she doesn't have the facial tattoo. :(

There is one more thing you might try because I presume you already tried moving her up and down the load order, uninstall the mod, extract the archive, delete tga file under Textures, repack the folder New Eola 1.0 as a new archived and then install it.

I cant get this mod to work properly. Tried re-order the load order but the new skin wont manifest. It looks like her face has been ripped of!! I would really like to use this mod but I cant live with this skin failure. I have both CBBE and Mature Skin installed as descripted. Is there a fix?

Try downloading the mod again, perhaps the file got corrupted in the download process. Mod should work even without CBBE and Mature Skin, she would just look a little different than on the screenshots, because the mod does not contain custom skin it is compatible with skin mods. Do you have any face or race related mods (that are not CBBE and Mature Skin)? Warpaint mods etc?

No other face or race related mods installed.
I've installed the mod with Mod manager Vortex.
Now uninstalled in vortex and manually installed the mod again.
      No luck!
I even tried deleting face files in mesh and texture folders.
Still - not working. What am i doing wrong?

You aren't doing anything wrong, it should work as intended, but something probably causes conflict. Do you have any other follower mods?

      Thanks for helping.
I've uploaded my loadorder - maybe you can spot something amiss?
      1
      2?
I have direwolf den installed which grants a animal follower other then that no other follower mod installed.
Here is a picture of Eola? with the mod manual installed.
Isn't there a way to get the ESP to work without the new face modifications?

The links require requesting access rights. As for esp without facial modifications, you want a version that keeps all the changes except visual ones? I could do that easily and upload as an optional file, but the problem is that I currently don't have access to my gaming computer to do that. You can however uninstall the mod, then download and unpack the mod manually, delete /meshes and /textures folders, repack the remaining esp file as zip and install it via mod manager, that should revert her to vanilla look while keeping the other changes.

Just uninstalled the mod and tried your method. Downloaded the mod manually and repacked the ESP in a ZIP. Then dragged the ZIP to Vortex mod manager and installed.
All looked good but alas the face bug still persist.
Its strange because the the Mesh and Texture folders aren't there but it's like the mod is still looking for them rather then use the vanilla?
Do the ESP make any chances to ini files that might point in the wrong direction?

Here is my loadorder again now with the prober rigths :)

Check mod manager's folder for leftover facegen data under Skyrim/Data/meshes and /textures (see full path to files in the original mod folder structure), the uninstall you did should have taken care of those, but better to double check. As for your load order move Eola.esp to the bottom of the load order and see if it helps. Sadly I don't have access to my gaming computer now, otherwise I could easily create and upload an optional file with no visual changes so all this hassle would not be necessary.

      Thanks for all your help.
I found the facegen folders and deleted them (took time because I had to enter windows safemode).
Sadly this didn't solve the problem either.
I them uninstalled and installed the mod again.
I made sure it is Eola.esp is last in the loadorder.
      Still the same result.
I have no clue were the conflict is or have to solve it. Any thougths?

just to be clear - the version i have installed now is ESP only version.
Why Eolas vanilla skin dont appear is a mystery to me...

Sadly Skyrim modding isn't an exact science and sometimes it is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of a mod conflict, the mod should have worked in the original form as well, but something conflicts, this can be troubleshooted by deactivating all other mods and then activating them one by one to see where the conflict lies, but that is time consuming and most people won't bother going through that unless the mod is something they absolutely want to use at any cost.

There is one more thing you can try which is easier than deactivating and activating other mods, and that is to create a new game and then as soon as you reach Helgen Keep spawn Eola using the console and see if she looks right, if the appearance is right then it is one of those baked in the save bugs, if her appearance is still bugged the only other option is to go about deactivating mods, either all at once and activating them one by one (with my original mod active) or deactivating them one by one until you discover which mod is interfering with her appearance. If you go on about these deactivations and activations don't do it on a save you use, better to be safe so make a new save and experiment so if anything goes wrong you have your original save.

The Dark Face bug seems to common when dabbling with face and skin altering mods.
A nexus search came up with this mod and troubleshooting:
      fix dark face?

the method "setnpcweigth 35" worked for me.
although it seems I must use the command everytime I load a save - but a small price.
Here is how she looks :)
      eola

      Again thanks for your help.
If its not too much to ask ?I would apriciate a optional version with the vanilla faceskin.
I think you did a good job at her new looks but I just preferred the Vanilla skin :)
      Thanks for a great mod!

Glad you found a solution even though it should not have been necessary, it should have worked properly, but Skyrim and it's quirks with many mods. By vanilla skin you mean keeping her vanilla look and just alter her spells etc? When I get back to my gaming computer I can make that, won't be soon though (I am in another location at the moment).

If its not too much hassle I've would appreciate an optional file with Eola vanilla skin :)

I wanted to maintain some of the rough look of her original design, not turn her into a supermodel, if there is enough interest I can make an alternate clean looking version with Apachii hair or something.

I would love to see her without warpaint on face, or keep her hairs shorter/more vanilla like. Or just cleaner  version as you said.
Deleting some spells just makes me need to re-learn those with iAFT :P
Marriable options is the best tho.
