As always, save your game before you try out a mod, my mod is no exception.
You will sometimes (not all the time luckily for you) encounter some quirky sense humor, so be warned heh.
Don't forget to unlock the Skyrim borders. To do this, go to your Skyrim.ini file in Documents > My Games > Skyrim. NOT the ini file in your load order where the game itself is installed. Open it, put the line: bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 , then save it and the borders in the game are disabled. After installing, save your game and restart your saved game. Otherwise you won't hear dialogues from NPC's
Also downloadable from this site: Alternate Start Extension Folkstead gives you the opportunity to start a new life with your character in one of these locations! Credits go to Arthmoor, jknjb and Izzik!
Compatible with: BS Bruma Beyond Reach The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal Unique Border Gates I made a Northern Encounters patch.
Folkstead 4.5 is uploaded which is a major upload. This upload includes the armor addon - so the Redguards in Morreath wear new armor.
- Added 2 new quests - Reworked 3 quests - Deleted dirty green grass and Folkstead armor which was not of good quality. - Little expansions in Vrostheim and around the edges of my mod - Tweaked voice recordings - And more.
Saw the notes on the update, only a couple(?) days after I first DLed it.
Haven't checked it out yet but I'm glad to see it's still receiving updates and content. Expansions like this are very appreciated. It takes a lot of work so thank you.
It is inevitable that some npc's in Skyrim may have the same names, especially with all the mods installed. And just like in real life, some people have the same name. I don't see this as a problem, so no I am not going to change it, sorry.
Mind if I make and upload some mods/patches adding some CC Fishing spots to this mod and your other new land mods with credit given for your work? Really enjoy your works and appreciate the effort and love put into them!
When I'm disabling borders do I go into the skse folder in the documents/my games/skyrim and put the line in it? and where do i type the command in order to save it?
You can run a simple xEdit script on your plugin, ESMifyer, it also makes all the unique NPCs persistent which means their packages will run even when they aren't in a loaded cell
no need, it is ohne mod with 1 esp only, so in xEdit you sinply can checkmark ESL at header section. Users with lot of mods may use that so that they don't need to checkmark each extra, but for the modder with 1 ESP it is simply confusing. Much more recommended is xEdit script "set unque NPCs persistent"
