This mod makes my game crash on start up. I'm using at least most of the patches I would need to get it to work but it's still at the bottom of my list with the patches below it.
Actually I know the exact issue. This mod requires the Creation Club fishing and I don't have it cause I don't want it. How can I download version 2.3 from the archive? That looks like the latest version that doesn't require Creation Club.
EDIT: My theory is right. I went back and added the esm from my back up file from the original game and it works. I play completely SE so that's why it wasn't already there.
Hi, bit of a weird one with the patch for Sweet as Honeyside. Out on the docks, SaH places a pile of dead fish on a table. The table is from vanilla Skyrim - ref Form ID: 000F796E.
According to xEdit, both SaH and Riften Docks Overhaul move the position of the table slightly from vanilla values, but, when I launch the game, the table is missing altogether.
So I installed the patch from this page for SaH, but this sets the table to Initially Disabled and moves it to z = -30000.
Unfortunately, all of these scenarios result in the pile of fish floating in midair, because they're resting on a table that's no longer there.
Since SaH clears the "XESP - Enable Parent" reference, compared to Vanilla, while Riften Docks Overhaul reverts it to the Vanilla value, simply clearing the "Initially disabled" flag and moving the table back to the correct position is insufficient to make it reappear.
I've therefore made myself a little patch, basically just copying the record from SaH (Honeyside.esp) as an override. This doesn't touch any of the other changes in RDO or the RDO - SaH patch and it stops the pile of dead fish from levitating in space.
If anyone else experiences this issue, hopefully I've provided sufficient information here to enable you to fix it on your own in xEdit.
Hi. Sorry for the trouble. I may have been a little sloppy when making the patch. You’re welcome to upload the patch here or make your own modpage. I plan to stop patching mods I don’t use in the next update.
Approaching Riften from the west, the footbridge leading to Riften Docks is on the left. Walk down the footbridge to the Riften Warehouse. A portion of the dock at the corner of the warehouse is invisible. You can walk on it and the rope rails are there, but it is invisible. If I reinstall this mod and reload the save it will appear. However, every time I install a new mod or deploy files and come back to that area at a later time, that portion of the dock will be invisible again. If I reinstall this mod and load the save again, it will be visible again.
Also, there is something wrong with two fish at the merchant area to the left of the stairs outside of the Riften docks entrance from Riften. Sometimes I hear a loud banging noise from two fish. They seem to be loading inside of the fish stand rather than on top of it. Disabling them and re-enabling them usually stops that issue.
Probably it's possible, but it would be tedious AF. First, you need to find the FormIDs in your merged plugin matching the exact elements from Honeyside TNF, which were modified by the patch. Then you'll have to renumber regular TNF FormIDs in the patch to match these from your merge.
I've done a lot of this sort of stuff to patch similar mods together and make them interconnected, can confirm it's incredibly tedious even for relatively small mods.
Seems like this mod breaks either SkyUi, JContainers or MCM because when I install this mod message just opens a blank window (i.e. Fertility mod) with only YES or NO buttons.
This mod breaks something. Because when I have this mod installed I get that error I mentioned in my original post but without it the error disappears. My Skyrim version is Skyrim AE 1.6.1170.
I can't replicate the issue and nobody from almost 217k users who downloaded this mod reported a similar error. Therefore, I'm sustaining my statement that it can't be responsible for your issues.
Well I do not suspect this mod either anymore because I got the same issue as soon as I try to install another mod. So I'm guessing either my Skyrim installation was corrupted or my load list in Vortex is, so I uninstalled Skyrim deleted absolutely every file and maps that was created on installation and reinstalled Skyrim now I just need to start modding again and check mod for mod and if it is still happens then there is something wrong with my Vortex.
Oh, this brings some more light to the matter. I suspect you might exceeded the file handle limit. You need to install SSE Engine Fixes (if you haven't already) and modify its configuration file (EngineFixes.toml) by editing the MaxStdio parameter (set it to 8192 instead of default 2048).

Love your work btw, absolutely <3

Is there a way for me to do that with SSEdit?
I just removed Honeyside from the merged plugin and started using the original .esp. Less risky that way.
Thanks.
Record [ACHR:FE04E970] in file AnimatedShips.esl is being overridden by record [REFR:FE04E970] in file RTDocks - Animated Ships.esp.
These errors can cause CTD and other serious issues and need to be fixed.
This is with version 2.5.7 of Riften Docks. Has anyone else run into this?
Edit: The update has fixed this!
