Mod is simple and I'm too lazy to give a more in depth description. This mod simply fixes navmesh issues that appear with JK's Skyrim and Skyrim Romance installed. I don't feel like supporting two different versions for both the animated and non animated versions of Skyrim Romance, or all the versions of JK's Skyrim, so this only supports only the SexLab version of Romance and JK's Skyrim All in One. Don't like it? make a patch yourself. I only posted this because I was making it anyway and I happened to be the unfortunate user who's comment was replied to over and over when people encountered issues.
Requires Skyrim Romance SE (SexLab version (Edit: If you don't have the SexLab version, someone found a solution that fixes it. See Pinned comments.)) and JK's Skyrim (Obviously). Load order should be as follows:
-Skyrim Romance Animated.esp
-JKs Skyrim.esp
-Any other patches you have for JK's Skyrim (IE: Cutting Room Floor patch)
-Skyrim Romance and JK Skyrim Patch.esp
Patch is marked as an .esl so it won't count against your load order.
