Bro so - I get in the house and find a guy wearing his loin cloth and his name was Fish Plaque - thought it was weird and tried to kill him and there were popups that said, "Fish Mounted" and he wouldn't die. I ended up disabling him and the issue was solved but I laughed way too hard.
So using "MrsTank's Waterfall Cabin - Adoption Compatible Version" breaks Loud and Clear. In SSEEdit it actually stops Loud and Clear from starting, I tested it, when it was enabled I couldn't start Loud and Clear, but when it was gone I was able to.
Edit: I looked again cause I remembered the College of Winterhold Quest Hitting the Books had the same issue. Upon looking it up it seems like it also does the same thing. I havent tested it out but im sure thats whats causing those two to stop starting.
I love it! A really nice home to stash everything including brats, pets and husbands. Maybe make the decor static? Things tend to fly around a bit Thanks for a great house mod!
I like it. I have a couple of things I've noticed though: The corpses don't seem to have facegen exported with the mod, so they appear on our games with the dark face bug. Theres also a bar counter on one of the top floor areas that looks odd from the sides because the mode doesn't have ends, which looks jarring.
Otherwise I very much enjoy it. I like the vanilla feel it has to it. I will definitely be using it once my character is rich enough to look like he belongs there.

I don’t know if that is a problem with the mod or something else that I can’t imagine. I’m new to this, it took me 1 month for manage a stable game with 106 mods. Everything else looks good, there no conflicts so what could be? As I said I’m not expert. Since I have all the mods I like stable and everything seams to work good, I will start a new game, I just hope by the time I reach your house I have an id for the key. Maybe it doesn’t work like this with the mods, I don’t know. So, if I’m talking nonsense, I’m sorry. Thanks anyway and sorry for my, a bit, bad English.
I'm sorry that the husband isn't spawning in for you. If you need to spawn in the key, the key's ID is 0E008288. You can spawn it in using console command player.additem 0E008288 1.
I like it, looks cozy and the waterfall is a nice touch for evenings on the porch. I would like a field to plant a few crops and a place to bathe like Leaf Rest in Riverwood. I was wondering....why are there no bathrooms in Skyrim? I mean not even a outhouse? Maybe someone will come up with a mod called Skypoo someday.
