Go to the Radient Raiment in Solitude, and learn the power "Vanilla Outfit". Activate the robe hanging on the right side of the counter. (When you reactivate it, you forget the power.)
When you catch the target NPC in the crosshair and cast the power, a menu will open.
Menu
Search: It automatically searches for vanilla data and displays a confirmation dialog.
Input ID: Change the Outfit by entering the Form ID manually. (UIExtensions is required.)
