Decreases the stamina drain of sprinting.

The mighty dragonborn did a bit of athletics back in the day, so basically this is 100% LOREE FRIENDZLEY... Not really
Decreases the cost of the stamina drain while sprinting.
The default value is 7
I've added options for
5 - Most balanced
3 - More convenient
1 - Pro long distance sprinter
0 - No draining, unlimited sprinting
This mod edits only one line of code, so if it doesn't work another mod overwrites it.
Simply put the plugin to the bottom of your load order.
This can be merged safely with WryeBash etc.
Safe to remove at any time mid playthrough
