Fantastic mod. i'm having an issue currently where this mod is having no effect after I downloaded other mods, trying to fix it currently. Would anyone have any idea of what types of mods would edit the same things that this mod does? I'm assuming the file is being overwritten by something else. Cheers
I was able to fix this by manually by copying the folder structure used by the nif file in Mysticism (magus>mysticism>lightspellactorfx.nif) and just placing that into the meshes folder included in this mod with the nif from this mod in that folder. **EDIT** this process is used by this mod and the author explained it better in the comments there
Good mod like this one a lot especially for ENB users who routinely get blinded by their portable sun, only downside is it overwrites the ENB particles in order for it to work since the ENB particles patch still uses the original vanilla placements.
Just a small request if you can make a ENB particle version that would be great.
I know your post is very old but I’m just curious.
Are you saying this mod completely overwrites the enb particle patch completely or do you just mean this mod overwrites the specific particles of the spell candlelight?
Does it light the environment in first-person like the mod "1st Person Candlelight Fix" ? I know that is what the description implies, but not 100% sure.
TESTED : works great ! The lighting and colors are in fact better than with "1st Person Candlelight Fix" since the light in my eyes was causing ENB eye adaptation and intense point lighting color curve.

EDIT: I read your initial response on page 2.
