Installation is simple. You can always use your favorite mod installer (Vortex, NMM, etc)
or you can install manually.
If you want to install manually, just drop into...
\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets
And viola, there it is, ready for you to load once you get into the RaceMenu character
creation. For those who don't know, to get to the presets, just click the tab on the
upper right of the screen that says "Presets", then hit F9 to load it.
