This is a converted mod from the original skyrim. I am not the author but I will do my best to answer any questions.
The description is copied from the original mod but for the most part should be applicable. Just be aware that any links in it will be pointing to original Skyrim mods, not Special Edition mods.
DO NOT attempt to install the oldrim mods mentioned in the original description as it probably wont work at best and at worst it will destroy the universe.
KNOWN ISSUE - there are two compatibility problems with Expanded Towns and Cities SSE - see bugs section here - I have reached out to author of that mod for a possible patch
I wish there was a mod like this that covered all of the towns and cities instead of just Riverwood! JK Skyrim and Dawn of Skyrim are just too much for me. I like how this changes it up, looks nice, and isn't a drastic change. If anyone else feels this way, the closest thing I've found is Detailed Cities SE by OlivierDoorenbos! It adds trees and plants to the landscape inside towns and cities and isn't too much. I wish this mod covered other towns and cities so I could combine it with that one. Riverwood looks nice though! Love it!
This mod is so beautiful! Thank you for the port :) I'm having one issue right now - the mod is working in riverwood, but not with leaf rest. I had things working on an earlier save before i moved my load order around a little, but now it doesn't seem to work :[ I have this esp loaded after leaf rest, and I already made sure that mods editing the worldspace nearby weren't the issue. XEdit isn't showing any sort of conflicts. I tried redownloading it and moving Leaf rest + this esp near the bottom of my load order to no avail D: Does anyone have advice?
Are you saying when the Leaf Rest is active this mod is not working in Riverwood? How does LOOT sort it for you? Did you try with new games also? Just asking, because i'm using both.
Hi! Thank you for responding. This mod was working with leaf rest in an old save, but it won't add decorations to leaf rest on my new saves. I've tried it on two new saves so far. LOOT sorted all my mods both times and the only difference was a few unrelated mods that got sorted in and making a bashed patch with Wrye Bash (which I disabled and checked on a new save, still the same issue). It's no worries though, looks like other people aren't having this issue and I've resorted to decorating the walkway with Jaxonz Positioner which is actually pretty fun haha :)
I stumbled upon this while browsing through your files for armors. I've been enjoying Leaf Rest for quite a while so I love a mod that adds to it and the town of Riverwood in a nice way. The lack of decoration in vanilla Skyrim towns is something that always bothered me a little but those big overhaul mods have the potential to cause issues with other mods. This is simple, shouldn't get in the way of the rest of my load order, makes sense for Riverwood, and of course it looks great! Thanks for the port!
