   I just found about this a couple days ago after playing Skyrim for years on and off. lol Was going to see what mod added it before I saw this right now. Maybe a mod adds it at level one or does "coc whiterun" default gear give you the shout in its package? Where do you get this power from usually?
   
   Even with friendly fire this is op as hell. heh

      Battle Cry is a Nord racial power. If you choose to play as a nord you have this power. Its pretty powerful however you can only use it once a day.

      Wow, I haven't played with the base game in a long time. I was messing around testing stuff and had tgm on. Guessing that's what lowered the cooldown on shouts and let me spam it.
