This mod is still considered under testing, so please make sure to report any bugs or conflicts that happen to come up :)

    Changelog:
    0.1 Initial Release
0.2 Restored the Fury Swipes perk from WPE. Changed a couple of perk descriptions.
0.3 Fixed the Beast Form power cooldown.

    Patches:
-Added Patch for Growl - Tweaks
1.1: Changed the patch to an ESL file.

If no other issues come up, the next version should include perks from Lupine.

NOTE: If you are having issues reverting the werewolf form, make sure the load order is the same as indicated on the mod page (sort manually after running loot if needed)

Alright, I have a question if anyone knows an answer to it. Savage Hunter from bloodmoon rising, How do I get it because I got all of heavy armor's perk tree, I have 35 days as a werewolf, and I have like 80 transformations (and over 200 feasts on corpses). Does anyone know my problem?

Old comment, but pulling this up since I just reported it on Bloodmoon.

The perk descriptions on the mod page don't reflect the actual requirements in the plugin. For quick reference, here are the actual requirements:
Hunter: Beast perk, 50 people killed, 25 days as a werewolf
Savage Hunter: Hunter perk, 100 people killed, 50 days as a werewolf
Apex Predator: Savage Hunter perk, 200 people killed, 100 days as a werewolf

      Spoiler:

How to unlock Howl skills? I completed the quests to find the Hircine totems, but howl skills are still blocked. Or give me the code to get the skills (Howl of the Brotherhood, Howl of Terror, Howl of the Hunt)

I figured it out using the console. I won’t write the ID, since the first two digits will be different for everyone. For those who are interested in how to find out the ID of a perk, write “Help “Perk Name”” to the console. But I'm still wondering how to unlock those skills for an honest purchase. But something tells me that they should have become available after finding the totems, I just had a bug

All these mods and tweaks,   yet you can't turn into a werewolf at-will and are still forced to revert form after just a short burst.   fml.
The Ring of Hircine didn't work to let me transform again either.

Edit: Lmao,  read my own post from a year ago with the same whining.

Edit:  f***, definitely not compatible with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4134?tab=posts  Causes an INSTANT CTD as soon as the game loads.     (s#*!,  now I'm CTDing on game load every time with it uninstalled)

For anyone else looking for a mod that lets you switch into werewolf at will, and have no timer, then use Simple werewolf loot and activate

this is a year old i know, HOWEVER, i will say i am someone that is pretty stupid when it comes to these things HOWEVER i was able to figure out how to edit the growl mods file using sseedit, and found theres a little box that that says "count down timer" or soemthing like that, if you set it to false, itll get rid of the timer, and youll be stuck in the form until you turn it off(by holding Z or whatever other method that lets you turn the mode off, for example i sue tainted blood, so i just use the "quickshift menu" to go in and out of forms)

the way i figured it out was installing this mod:

      https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14246

opening it with sseedit, and since that mod only chnages the form duration, i looked through the file to see what was diffrent between that mod and gorlws file, and came across that timer box thing, so i chnaged it to "false" removed that mod(the one i sent a link to), and opened my game and i had infinite werewolf

Этот мод может расширить и включить в себя мод Moonlight Tales Mini, или он уже совместим сам по себе? Приветствую.

I enjoyed using the combined werewolf perk tree while trying out the Companions questline for the first time ever (the combined werewolf mods grant a well-rested bonus from corpse feeding, lockpicking ability, engaging in conversations, being able to loot while your character feeds simultaneously, etc.), though I wanted to mention that even though I loaded everything in the recommended order (Werewolf Perks Expanded / Bloodmoon Rising / Growl / Growl - Tweaks / Werewolf Perks Unleashed / WPU - Growl Tweaks Patch), I bumped into a very odd visual bug: The werebear transformation model apparently didn't work for my Orsimer warrior character, and when he transformed back from a regular werewolf into a regular Orc, he was stuck with the werebear model and it blocked my first person camera vision for a while until the werebear model vanished after enough fast traveling.

I also keep getting notification messages saying that crucial Growl files are being overwritten in-game.

I checked LOOT again and I'm planning on getting rid of the custom race dialouge mods, as that appears to be causing a conflict. Looks like getting ride of the custom race mods fixed the issue.

nvm, it seems that if you only have one of the curses vampire or werewolf the bug i  mentioned occurs if you don't want this to happen you need to be vampire and werewolf before using beast or vampire form.

TLDR: Is there an alternate load order that would just make the change of letting me keep the second word abilities from WPE and skip the revert function from growl?

Most recently I was using werewolf perks expanded and that was how I found your patch for which I was really excited as the elements that I feel are core for werewolves are spread across different mods.

In WPE my favorite part was the long press howl alternate function. Werewolves are pretty limited in variety compared to their spell and weapon using counterparts after all and these functions were also very strategically useful.

You mentioned that you left out the second word perks because they conflict with growl. From what I can tell the only thing conflict with from growl is the revert function. For me this is a poor trade off as I can easily live without the revert function even if I don't get the option to reassign it to a different key. (Previous mods made good use of the sheath/draw weapon button as that is mostly wasted for a werewolf in any of these mods from what I can tell.)

could you make a version without growl? i use moonlight tales due to its compatibility with werewolf skins.

I second this, along with an optional merge with Lupine if possible.

Or have multiple versions. One that contain's Growl's perks, one that contains Moonlight Tale's perks, and another that doesn't have either of those overhaul mods and just merges mods that overhaul the perk tree only.

May I suggest Growl combined with Moonlight Tales Light? They're made to be compatible and do use the alternate skins as a feature.

Hi, was wondering if its possible to be compatible with Deadlier Werewolf NPCS? ? Or if anyone knows how to make it compatible? Still figuring out how to do it myself with tssedit! I know its not a perk addition, but would love to see NPC werewolves do some killmoves as well.

These mods only affect the Player Werewolf not the NPC's should be fully compatible
