I switched to Nether's Follower Framework, which is so much better and seems to offer compatibility for custom followers, including your mod.
I let NFF intergrate Gogh while using your mod at the same time. Seems like there is no behavior problems so far. Watching Gogh single handedly taking on the silver hand and clearing their hideout single-handedly is just a blessing to watch. Thank you for your mod.
I strongly don't advise to use the mod My home is your home together with Gogh, or ANY creation club followers for that matter. That mod is outdated, and using it on Gogh will bind him to the custom home point you created, but it BREAKS his script. He stops following you and stay at the custom home point forever. Even if you summon him to your location, he will just walk back to his custom home point forever.
Gogh uses his fists/unarmed in my gameplay. The spear is mainly just used to summon storm atronach, then fist attack all the way. Its hilarious, but I think he using the spear to attack would look better.
Hm, I can't reproduce that. I ran some tests and Gogh is using his spear all the time. What level are you/Gogh? Do you use AFT? It seems that AFT has some options regarding combat style, so maybe that's the culprit.
Currently I'm level 55. I used the console to make a new copy of Gogh after the original one bugged out and won't stop following/can't follow after dismissed. I did change combat style for Gogh using AFT. For the new copy, i did'nt change the combat style and left him at level 6. However, he's still using his fists.
Hence, I was wondering if I can just use your mod for just Gogh.
No, I don't have this problem, but I'm not using Garthand's Unofficial Goblins Patch as it only changes minor things. Perhaps the Unofficial Goblins Patch is causing this. What if you temporarily disable Garthand's patch?

Also, will Gogh resort to fisticuffs at higher levels? I'm trying to get him to use his spear as he levels.. even if its as crap as a toothpick.
