      I use Mod Organizer (MO2), but I am pretty sure this will work no matter how you deploy mods:
      
      Create a nested series of directories: 
      
      SKSE
      Plugins
      CharGen
      Presets
      Fen'Lin(bosmerM).jslot
      
      So to be clear, SKSE directory contains Plugins directory.  Plugins directory contains CharGen directory.  CharGen directory contains Presets directory.  And Presets directory contains the JSLOT file.  In MO2, I deployed the mod and then went into the mod directory and created the nested directory structure.
