Great mod. I was wondering if there was a way to further slow the accumulation of dirt beyond 2-4 days to like 5-7? I love the addition of this, but I'd like to have a bit longer period between.

Hi, dropping by to say I love this mod as part of my survival roleplaying with the whole eating, drinking, sleeping business. One observation I have with this mod is that it seems I can't actually "pre-emptively" clean myself to delay the dirt effects.

I have dirt effects on the Rarely setting, so I should have 2-4 days before my character becomes dirty. However, I find that even if I regularly bathe, the very next day I can have dirt effects show up. I would expect to have at least 2 full days of being clean if I bathed myself, not wake up dirty the next morning.

I am having that same problem and I have it set disabled.  It's very frustrating.  Will follow this post to see if a solution is found.

Hello, Jayserpa. You are one of Nexus's masters, so, I know it shall be hard for you to reply. Bet you have a pretty busy schedule already.
    But here goes nothing. :)

FIrst of all, thanks a lot for all the mods you provided. I probably have more than half of all you brought us so far, hahah. My question regards "Dirt And Blood", and particularly, if you could suggest me any player homes that have DEEP POOLS in order for us to  swim and clean ourselves without the need of undressing each piece.

Yes I know your mod already provides equip/unequip animations and everything works perfectly for most people. But I am part of the minority who uses special mods to add 4+ enchantments for each armor piece, so, whenever "Wash And Rinse" is activated, the buffs are lost and you gotta re-equip each one in order to get the buffs back.

But one way  to come around this problem is simply swim. There. All clean.
Problem is, "Frostfall" mod makes most of Skyrim's waters cold, and it would be nice to have a house with a pool DEEP ENOUGH for you to dive in and come out clean. Not merely walking knee-deep as most baths does. Can you think of any such homes to suggest me?

Thanks once again, friend. Keep up the good work!

      Hey maumanga,

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not familiar with a lot of house mods unfortunately, I've never seen one with a pool, but I'm sure they exist lol. What you could do is disable the unequipping of armors in the MCM of DnB. You could remove the armor manually if you want, or just wash yourself with clothes.

Maybe someone else can help with the pool houses.

That´s a good idea too! I shall check MCM for that option.
And yeah, I'm yet to find a house with a proper pool offering the possibility to swim as deep as you want (as you would outside DragonsReach palace).

Thank you for replying, Jay. :D

I just got this mod from a modlist on wabbajack and im trying to figure out how to get clean since the bathhouses dont seem to be in the inns lol. but from your question: Elysium Estate does have bathrubs. But I'm not sure if they're deep enough for your liking. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33939

Xildah, thats a beautiful home just by itself. I might get it because of  the awesome craftmanship that went into making the house.
But yeah, I looked around the photos and videos of people using the house, and the pool is not deep enough to allow swimming.

I did find a mod, though, that match that criteria: Windstad Pool and Hot Bath EX for Hearthfire.
It expands the Windstad Mine adding two deep pools, which is great!

Hello, im having a problem after starting a new playthrough bathing does work (wash and rinse) but it doesn't remove dirt and also for some reason I cant use the soap anymore, swimming option also doesn't work. Which is strange since my last playthrough with the same load order the mod worked perfectly fine.

I like this mod because you can make NPCs strip naked and have a bath and you can hide from the bushes and watch them. This is not creepy because Krishna used to do this a lot.
