Hopefully this rather simple little mod works as intended. It's been carefully thrown together in CK and cleaned with SSEEdit, so all should be fine.

If you experience any issues, I will do my absolute best to help you and rectify those issues as quickly as possible.

Update 08/01/2020: The main file is now an .esl-flagged .esp for your load order's convenience (Thanks for the tip, ChaosGodstone!) with no change to the version number. The original .esp is still present as an old file. To reiterate, if you have any issues, don't hesitate to say something and I'll do my best to help.

Loads of thanks to those of you who've downloaded and endorsed!

"(No .esl, and I do apologize for that, but I'm not familiar with their creation, so, for now, .esp.)"

The easiest way would be to open this file in SSEEdit and right-click the file name. Then select 'Compress Records For ESL'* from the menu and if it tells you how many**, (rather than too many), records are to be changed then proceed. Finally, double click the space by 'Record Flags' and select from the list ESL.
    * Compact FormIDs For ESL
    ** 202 records
It should renumber the records from FE000800 with the last three digits being the record number.

    Hope I've explained clearly :)

From a very basic skim across the file, it would seem soupdragon's 6 bedroom version..
      https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5276/?
.. has a Navmesh issue which appears to be the only real difference between that version and the version this file is made for.

Also, sometimes it is nice for immersion to have something simple to hide your character in. :)

I've tracked down all the files referenced in this one, confirming all but one are the same and made a copy of your file for soupdragon's ... except I have no working knowledge of Nav-Mesh generation and updating at all.
Wondering if you might be interested in me submitting it for your perusal?

This is all done in SSEEdit.

Thank you very much for the tips!

I'll see about creating an .esl for those that might need it over the weekend.

As far as the 6 bedroom version, I have been mildly curious about whether they were interchangeable, but since I don't use a multiple adoption mod, I haven't had the occasion to test it. This mod makes very minimal changes to goatk's Proudspire Manor interior cell, hiding some straw and a rug as well as adding the trapdoor entrance on the ground floor level, but it does lightly edit the navmesh in that same area, so I'm assuming that there may very well be a conflict in there.

I'd be happy to take a look, though.

The advantage of the multiple adoption version is that there is another mod that converts the kids room into a follower quarters. I prefer this version, because my characters are usually either neutral or against the empire and it's oppression. I find it so interesting that so many people like the empire, even though they basically kill anyone that disagrees with them. Not only that, they torture people. Yes, the Stormcloaks are a bit overly nationalistic and somewhat racist, but they allow other races to live side by side. To me, killing people that disagreeing with you and aligning with the Thalmor is a lot less tolerant than the Stormcloaks. Like real life, none of the sides is completely right. I always align with what I see as the "lesser of two (or more) evils." I'm curious to see if this would work on other Proudspire mods.

Any way to get this as a standalone mod for vampire playthroughs?

      Apologies for the late reply.

By standalone, do you mean for the vanilla Proudspire? If so, unfortunately not, because I've always used mods for the player homes in Skyrim and I prefer it this way.

Thanks for the interest nonetheless, and again, I apologize for not having responded sooner.

Couldnt get your mod to work.

Btw, if you had created another set of steps and done away with the load door, this mod would have been better imo. Always sucks when there's a load door.

Situating the crypt in it's own cell was a deliberate choice I made to avoid mucking around with the existing navmesh as much as possible and to hopefully increase compatibility with other ports of goatk's original mod, which I'm still experimenting with. Sorry you don't like it.

As far as the mod not working, could you please be more specific in how it didn't work? Did you load my mod directly after the original? Did you use the espfe/esl version or the original esp? I'd like to help but that's not much to go on...

Thanks for checking it out anyway.

Your mod looks fine, and is excellent I'm sure, but I would have rather seen a wall get replaced with a staircase going down to avoid the load door. Yes, I agree, to maintain compatibility it's sometimes necessary to use a load door. That sucks, huh?

So when I loaded the mod in MO2 and placed it after the Requirement mod Proudspire Manor TNF SE, I didnt see the trap door, just the carpet. Maybe its because Im not running USSEP? I'm testing player homes trying to find one that works.

      Thanks for the reply!
Edit: Oh and bonus for the ESL!

Lack of USSEP could be the issue. I did note in the requirements that the mod was built with the USSEP version of that port, but I'll admit that it's not quite as prominently displayed as it could be. I will add that to the download description. Thanks for drawing that to my attention!

Thanks! The funerary urns down there are all safe, all the storage is safe, but there is not exactly an abundance of storage.
