Quaint Den is Northwest-ish of Whiterun, over the hill directly west of Greenspring Hollow. For werewolf/hunter. A bed for player and spouse, and one outside for follower. Lots of weapon racks, several unique items; plenty of bookshelves, shrine to Hircine.

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-extra key is on the dresser by the bed, next to the dagger display case. Doesn't respawn.
-many various containers for safe storage
-enchanting, alchemy, cooking, and tanning rack
-lots of weapon stands/racks and plaques, several shield displays, a few dagger displays (none for staffs unfortunately, for some reason staff doesn't like the plaques or stands, and there are no large weapon cases in this housemod, so RIP staffs, sorry )
-a mannequin sadly he does move-but stays on hisstand/doesn't walk around.
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-FIVE bookshelves(there was supposed to be only two LOL but I found space) for like... 100something books.
-shrine to Kynareth, and Mara
-shrine to Hircine; cures disease and gives 2hr(real time) 'no *animals* attack or flee from you' buff
-a bunch of idles for follower
-a unique waraxe weapon
-on the desk in front of the bed, a note, a journal, and a unique summons spelltome, 'Shadow'. Level 15 non-ghostly wolf, has a couple abilities he may or may not use that are all akin to poisonbite kind of deal, can be summoned for 9,999,999 seconds costing only a negligible amount of magicka. He's a good boi.
-a cellar in which there is a shrine of sorts to the previous occupant's deceased wife, along with several unique clothes/armor and weapon, a note, a heal undead spelltome. And a chair you can sit in(so exciting).

outside:
-key is in front of the bedroll on the lean-to
-a spot where the werewolf's wife's ashes are buried/grave(for le immersion and whatnot, and followers can idle sit/kneel/pray there)
-crafting armor workbench, tanning rack, anvil, sharpening wheel, another cooking pot, wood chopping block
-knapsack and chest, both are safe storage
-bedroll for follower
-some flowers to gather
-pretty scenery, great views
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-another semi-hidden-but-not trapdoor 'behind' the rocks by the water, that leads to/connects to the cellar
-also features a dragon landing spot! For, y'know, immersion.

**none of the unique items/clothing/armor respawn. Once you take them, that be it. Unique items/armor/etc are: ring by the dagger case under Kynareth shrine, note spelltome and journal on the desk in front of the bed, steel war axe between the players side of the bed and the end table, another key to the house by the dagger case on the dresser. In the cellar: merchant clothes, boots, vampire armor and boots, wedding wreath, note, heal undead, wedding ring, ebony dagger.**

there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, no smelter, no spidermakingmachine, no staff enchanter, no baking oven.
