No not compatible directly from the mod page FAQ Q: Compatible with Surreal Lighting, Vivid Weathers, Climates of Tamriel or any other weather mods? A: Nope. Because adding lens flares to the sun requires editing weathers directly.
Addind sun lens flares requires editing the weathers directly so it's not really compatible with any other weather mods. They must have their own or patch is required. On the ENB question, well, some ENBs provide their own lens flare effect so it's better to not have sun lens flares from a mod to avoid overlapping, otherwise they'd look weird together. If the weather mod you use provide its own sun lens flare, you can simply disable it by disabling Lens Flares in Skyrim Launcher options.
I just found this mod during my compatibility testing for Wander - a Weather Mod version 3.0, and I will be creating a set of patches for both versions when it releases the end of this week.
Just wanted to come back after experiencing these and say that they are really nice game additions. Thank you very much for releasing them separately from your weather mods!
What am I doing wrong? I installed it using NMM but it doesn't appear in-game, the sun is just the same. I did a clean install for the game (no mods except this one) and the same, no changes. I went to the game folder and the there's no 'textures' folder. So where are the lens? And why aren't they appearing ingame? Thanks!
Make sure Lens flares are enabled in Skyrim Launcher options. Weather mods are incompatible. Version 2 uses textures provided by game. Version 1 has my own textures.
Ah, hang on, version 1b changed more weathers than just clear/cloudy weathers. Try the new version, 1c. My bad, should have checked first. Version 2 is fine.
Version 2 is great! The only thing I would change (just personal taste) is to maybe make it slightly more chromatic and colorful like the one from surreal lighting, but with the same textures. Just a little more vibrancy and it would be perfect. Regardless, it looks fantastic. Thanks again!
