      If I remember correctly his BaseID was 0B000D62. He should already be essential, but I hope this will help you out. :)

    is he compatible with heavy legion, I know it's just an armour replacer, just wondering if there were any conflicts?

      Should be fine as its just an NPC who shouldn't be influenced by any other mods.
