First time High Poly head user here, and generally terrible luck with presets.
I have all the mods listed installed, other than the tatoos.
I have high poly head installed.
When I load the preset in racemenu it looks nothing like the pics - for one the actual eyes are not matched to the height of the eyelids and the lashes float over the eyeballs ... nothing really resembles the pic.
Is it supposed to be as easy as installing all the required mods, choosing dark elf race, and then loading the preset and it should look like the screenshots here? Or is there some trick I'm missing, thanks.
Make sure hph is up and activated Load preset Go to head tab Facepart slider Slide it to 3 if there is no 3, you do not have hph
Then
Load the sculpt file. Sculpt tab (top right of racemenu) Hit import or f9 Then load the sculp Apparently there are some changes between the high poly head versions... This one uses v1.3 an old version so a discrepancy might be noticeable unless tbe sculpt file is loaded
If there are no tattoos, you will have a purple or blue skin, to remove the purple or blue skin, go to makeup slider or bodypaint slider.. And remove all warpaints since this one uses multiple warpaints in the face
Thank you - can confirm HPH is loaded and active (3 exists). Following your instructions I think I got the face structure to look right, or at least very close. But the eyes are f'd up - maybe I've got some sort of conflict with different eye mods. Thanks for trying to help - gonna dig around more as your screens are motivational ;-)

I'll grab so more too. When I load the sculpt file there are two parts in the pop up box that shows up that are red, if I delete those, the face looks pretty good but the eyebrows look f'd up.
What is interesting is that the preset seemed to conflict with the Auri follower mod "song of the green". When I loaded it it showed Auri assets as loading. So I removed Auri and now it's better but still not quite right. More screens in a bit.

I have uploaded a fresh file from my pc a working preset I tested with a clean modlist except the required
Here is what to try
Load preset Facepart slider to 3 Eye color to one of "the eyes of beauty" Brow to sg eyebrows not the hi poly one
That chin is flattened one cause maybe aesthetic elves or a expressive facegen but should be fine as long as the sculp was loaded...(as long as hph support for expressive facegen or aesthetic elves is installed if you have those installed)...
I see also that the vertices are not matched i am searching on it
Yeah - that's what I've been saying. But no idea why I get a different person as I have not tried presets until this one so should be no conflicts or anything. I'll give the fresh upload a go - thanks for the feedback and help man! I do have expressive facegen installed and did tick it during HPH install. And yes, that is "your lips" on the commoner image assuming there's not something borked with my install as I did not change the lips at all in racemenu myself

It all worked fine with the High Elf Angel preset but Natsh doesnt work :(
