      Why? "ESL-flagged ESP" means that ESP flagged as ESL. Nothing wrong here.

      esl flagged esp are easier to move in the LO and they can be used as masters for patches with less risk.

      ESL are less good - ESP-FE's equal more better.
      
      ESL's only can be placed right below the LAST ESM-ESPs.
      
      
      ESP-FE's can be moved EVERYWHERE.

      I think it was a language issue, he probably read it has "ESL flagged as ESP", when in fact a hyphen is being used, "ESL-flagged ESP".

   What's the difference between this mod and this one:

   Even the screenshots are similar, not to mention the .esp that is the same name, why is that?

      I made that original mod for LE; elwooha6 ported it. The screenshots are similar because I took those screenshots for the original mod. This is all pretty clear from elwooha6's mod description.

      Anyways, this is ESL, the elwooha6's port is not.

      Oh I see, just looked at the two SSE versions not the LE, and paid attention only to the "created by" "WankingSkeever", sorry thanks for the mod, esl always good
