About this mod
Disables Character Lighting brought over from Fallout 4. Fixes enemies glowing in the dark with exceptionally dark lighting mods.

What did NOT carry over however is the "sStartingConsoleCommand" INI setting, which allowed running console commands whenever the game was launched.
This was the primary method of disabling Character Lighting, however the setting appears non-functional in SSE.
(EDIT: SSE FPS Stabilizer can be used as a replacement in this regard)
The effect is so subtle in SSE that it is barely noticeable in most cases, however when using exceptionally dark lighting mods (such as ELFX Hardcore), it can cause NPCs and Creatures to glow in the dark, giving away their position and ruining the experience of those mods.
This mod simply runs the "cl off" command in the console whenever the game is loaded, as an alternative to the missing INI setting mentioned earlier.

What's the difference between this and No Character Light?
"No Character Light" suffers from a convoluted method of blacking out the screen upon load, and silently opening the console and typing in the letters one by one to execute the console command. Which could be interrupted by the player if they typed anything as the script was running, or fail to remove the black screen, as is the case when using certain Alternate Start mods.
"Disable Character Lighting" makes use of "ConsoleUtilSSE" that adds a function that allows it to execute the command through the console directly, massively simplifying the process.
While "No Character Light" runs a .txt file with the "bat" command that can be customised, I don't intend on adding that feature to this mod.
You can use SSE FPS Stabilizer that adds the ability to run a list of console commands when the game loads, including "cl off", making this mod redundant.
ENB also supports disabling Character Lighting via "DisableFakeLights".
