It edits the vanilla. Technically you can use it with any water mod but it will over write the waves. Eventually i wanna try to patch it to work with RWT and Water for ENB but i suck with textures so that's gonna be a long time away, if i ever do it.
If you use water mods that can use ENB, eg RW2 disable Tessellation & parallax mapping in the ENB GUI mite help with visual compatibility mostly clipping and double textures. : )
Maybe, I do like GKB waves but like I said don't hold your breath. I've never messed with making textures or meshes, I just know how to use CAO to port textures and meshes.
Is Solstheim the only place where you can see this in the vanilla game? I've never see any waves in Tamriel. But the spray effect is greatly improved, thanks for the port!

Older version of RW2 had this problem (before 3.0.3) its just a single mesh so make sure you have the latest version installed.
