What a great mod creator and what a great tribute. Maybe more '"serious" types might find a bunch of nerds honoring someone this way lame; however, I think it shows how classy gamers can be. The only time we get any mention in the mainstream media is for controversies (i.e., Gamer Gate) or when a new GTA comes out, which inevitably leads to a new controversy about violence in video games.
If you'll forgive a small nitpick, the term is Rest in Peace, not Rest in Piece. Check out Wikipedia's article for a great summary of the origin and usage of the phrase. It would be great if you could fix that easily made mistake.

RW2 has Optional Textures in its Fomod like fluiddrops and fxraindrops they are loose so you can overwrite them(RW2 touches a lot of the world space) but they are just optional files so should be no problem just pick what you like best

I did, however, notice in the description that it says "This is a conversion of Ramccoid's amazing mod DUST." and this is his DROPS mod, just a little FYI.
I've been using Ramccoid's WEBS SE and Witcher 3 Mods for a long time. I didn't know he passed away. Thank you for converting his great work over to Skyrim SE.
Edit: Upon further inspection of his work I've downloaded and used at least one of his Mods for every game he's uploaded a Mod for.
