Just a question, no expectations. Do you think that a sleeveless version of this could be possible? Like having a variant similar to the Linwe/Blackguard armor set?
I wouldn't be able to do it, unfortunately :c I'm not the one who made/modeled the armors, I just combined the two mods into one and gave the armors different stats and crafting requirements so they felt like evolutions of each other rather than alternate colored versions of the same armor
is it possible for there to be a female version of this made? i've been on the hunt for some good, cool looking practical armor and i'm absolutely in love with this.
Unfortunately I lack that talent :c these armors were made by someone else, I just packaged them together and reworked the stats and crafting so they felt like different coats and created a bit of progression for a character who wanted to consistently wear long coats but still be changing and growing.
Forsomething practical but a bit cute, try the Linkle set: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18387?tab=description
Or perhaps this inquisitor set for a somewhat similar feel: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73980
Alternatively, you might look into BodySlide? I feel like I've heard that people are able to convert things for female bodies with that program, but I don't quite know how to use it myself
aww that's a shame, but no worries at all :) thanks for the response and the recommendations!
i'd like to try and figure out how to convert it to female bodies tho much like you i don't really understand it. it doesn't help that there are basically no decent tutorials out there, and it seems there aren't even any for converting clothes to the opposite gender u_u hopefully i'll figure it out
I wish you luck in your endeavors! I'd love to get better at modding too, but you're quite right about the lack of tutorials regarding certain aspects of it :/ I guess it's one of those "if you know, you know" kind of things...and regrettably, I do not know. Lol
It looks like it's only one specific texture that outfit studio didn't like. When I removed that I was able to get it to work. I think it was the gloves_n.dds but I don't remember.
Hi thx for the balanced longcoat finally its make more sense for "light armor", but can i ask something? is it normal if i only able to craft grey longcoat on crafting?
Is there a chance you could make a the darkswordsman coat unenchanted? I know it's easy to do via the creation kit, but I have had a really bad time every time I try and use it so I avoid it now.
There are a couple of things that need to be fixed in the mod. If/when I get the time to work on it, I will probably put an unenchanted version in the next release.
I like the idea of the mod but for some reason I don't seem to have it show up in any of the crafting menus unless I'm missing something. Or maybe I'm lacking smithing perks? But I don't really see even the lowest tier version.
Overall it's probaly an issue on my end not being installed right some how, I used NMM. Should I try to manually install it?
Try taking the perk for scaled armor and see if any of the coats show up. If they do then, but nothing shows up for basic leather, I may have made an error in the esp. I'll look into it

I can't found the coat in smith or console command
I already have all smith perk and there's no coat
