Adds a fully-functional Anti-Dragon Shield from RuneScape to Skyrim.

Adds a new shield to the game: Anti-Dragon Shield.
This is a high-detail version of RuneScape's Anti-Dragon Shield. As you might expect, it will considerably reduce the damage of dragonbreath attacks when blocking. The shield is old and battered, however, so it will not be great at blocking melee attacks.
Initially, only one shield exists in the game and it can be found on the upper floor of Thalmor Headquarters in Solitude. More shields can be crafted at a forge once the quest 'Dragonslayer' has been completed.

This mod will conflict with mods which edit the dragons' attacks or the Thalmor Headquarters cell.
