- -Fixed issues with the scroll case mesh that was causing FPS drops for some users. At least I THINK I did. Let me know if you still have severe drops and I'll see what else I can do.
  -Added a few occlusion planes to hopefully boost performance
  -Adjusted placement of a few objects for better compatibility
  -Minor aesthetic changes

- -Added a teeny root cellar
  -Expanded and fenced in garden area
  -Added Hearthfire plantable soil plots
  -Re-positioned some things to improve compatibility with most mods
  -Updated compatibility patches to match new placement
  -Added an optional file for extra follower beds

- Super tiny update. Just moves the ramp to the chicken coop so it doesn't clip with Mentha's Alchemist's Basement, adds one texture that was missing from the original download and removes one asset that wasn't actually being used
