I have an issue; The animation works but the spell / shout doesnt do any damage at all. Is this normal?

Are they supposed to be merged in 1 esp? cause I'm seeing 3 esps in my mod manager lol

  Merging them into one esp didn't work, but I was at least able to make the installation a little smoother with just one archive. Hope it works out for you just as well!

I use renamer mods liberally, so I don't care much about the names. But I have to respect a nice merge given to the public for free.
