I was getting constant CTDs trying to exit Dimhollow. Crash logs were vague so I downloaded this, fast travelled to the outside from inside and it worked like a dream. I put it very last in my load order and I'm running a modded (1500 mods) v1.6.1170. It certainly got me out of trouble until I can get to the bottom of the CTDs.
Hey, your mod is a great workaround for a bug that im facing right now. I finished CW on the Imperial side and now i cant fast travel from windhelm anymore. When i enable "when disabled via scripts/console" i can fast travel again. Thats good, but i cant find the script thats preventing me from fast travelling... I looked with resaver for unattached scripts etc and so on but i dont find anything. Can you tell what happens under the hood when i activate that option in ur mod? Maybe i can find the cause for my Problem. But Anyways, great Mod! Good Job!
I know this is old, but maybe it'll help someone else:

It's honestly a crapshoot whether quests and quest stages complete correctly, especially in CW. There are so many scripted events and quest stages that can go wrong but look complete on the surface, and mods just muddled that further. And then other things are conditioned to start or stop functioning based on those completions, like fast travel, etc. I spent a lot of time on UESP going through and seeing what forcing completion of certain stages did after I was supposed to be fully done with CW, resetting to find the least problematic combinations, and applying the resulting combination tentatively before moving on. Finally got the post-game working, but probably broke CW in some other way. Fortunately, it was over so it didn't matter. Problem is, you might not know when or where it went wrong so even reverting your save might not help.
I love this mod for fast travel when near enemies or overencumbered but I won't dare use it indoors. It's just a recipe for disaster. Same thing for every single one of those death overhaul mods. It's not this mod's fault - it's just the way the game is and it's Skyrim's biggest unfixable flaw.
Because if you get teleported, which is what fast travel is, from a location that normally has certain requirements to leave, without fulfilling those requirements, stuff can break. It's not guaranteed, but like the example on the main page says, fast traveling from sovngarde during the "kill alduin" quest would be a very bad idea and break a lot of things.
I think the only time I'd ever use this indoors is traveling from my home (for example, if you're done crafting deep in your cellar in Hjaalmarch and just want to get going). Aside from that, yeah, probably unwise.

This mod somehow causing some follower such as frea swim in shallow water. Though seem unrelated, but when I disable this mod, problem did solved
You need to enable "When disabled via script/console" option.
