Re-rigged the bow model for proper bending during animations. Moved placement slightly for proper string placement during animation. Also adjusted lighting properties.
I know most people probably won't notice the difference especially if they play in first person but I will know. It's nice to finally have some time to refine some of the mods I have made.
Lothlorien, my favorite elven city in Middle-Earth. Upon browsing your mods, I'm so happy to see more Middle-Earth weapons. ^_^ And elven, too! My elven heart is happy. This shall become my elven hunter's main bow now.
Would it be possible to get this one as a replacer for the normal elvish bows? I could do it for myself but i'd like to add it to the my beginners guide (and for that i'd need an official version/permission).
If you’re writing a guide why do you need permissions to mention you use this bow? If you want it to be included in the files you distribute then you need permission. Please elaborate on exactly what you’re wanting to do?
FYI Tauriels bow and arrows mod I made includes an elven bow replacer optional file.
I'd like to use this bow here as a replacer. The one i got atm isn't looking that good and imho doesn't fit the elves (but its the only one i got).
Your's looks perfect and i'd like to include it.
The problem i face are the users of my guide. The instruction 'install them in the following order' is already too complicated for some... So i need either a finished file from you (so i can link to it) or the permission to use the meshes and textures to make my own replacer. Credit and link to the original mod here would obviously be included.

Credit me for my original work and you’re all good. Also please send a link to me when done. I’ll leave a thank you comment for your work to help spread the happiness that is LoTR themed bows :)
Just a thought: You could let your users decide which they prefer between this one and the replacer I created for Tauriels bow which is already created and uploaded to link to. I made two versions of that. One replaces only all elven bows The other replaces elven bows and elven arrows. However they require the main file first so might be a little convoluted for some to get installed correctly. I’ll leave that to you.
Very nice work! This is now my favourite bow together with the Valenwood war bow from the immersion weapon pac. The arrows that you made before fits well to this bow

Maybe after darkening/desaturating this ones texture in Gimp it's useable for my magical stealthy character.
When i find more time I probably will add it in.
