The visual effect uses texture from CL's Dawnbreaker. Without this texture (which many users don't have since they don't use that mod), the effect would be... not so cool.
Either post the texture or say about it in the description.
I never ever understood why a so powerful wand didn't has any visual effect - the vanilla one was looking like a simple strange wooden stick! That's a nice addition. Can you make the glow larger?
yeah, just increase scale i suppose, i had little ones for each of the eyes on the staff but in game only the ones behind the staff as you look at it where showing up, not well up on meshes so i got rid of them, pity because i thought it looked great
