This plugin reverts the "shadow warrior" perk from the mod Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim to the original "shadow warrior" perk.
The original "shadow warrior" perk had no cooldown.
The "shadow warrior" perk from Ordinator does have a cooldown.
(I haven't tried this on Skyrim LE only Skyrim SE)
I did not make the Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim mod. All the credit goes to EnaiSiaion. The only thing I take credit in is this simple plugin for EnaiSiaion's mod.
