      I'd asked on Reddit. Apparently PharmaDawg had announced on his Discord that he didn't have the desire to continue with the mods and pretty much just removed everything. A shame, as it was a great collection of mods.

   The NPC edits were removed in SkyRem Eve v2.2.0, this patch is no longer needed

   Second comment is mine.
   
   xEdit shows this mod has TWENTY FOUR errors -- serious errors ie:  Error: Could not be resolved
   
   Was doing my final patches and had to track this mod down from errors that showed up in my Curse of the Firmament NPCs Patch.
   
   Quickly deleted this mod.
