In the Radiant Raiment, the High Elven sisters Taarie and Endarie rush you below, into the basement, behind a hidden chamber...
"You'll be safe here, they'll never find you. It might take weeks, months, even years before they give up the hunt. But until then, you'll have a refuge with us, in the secret chambers beyond our storage room.
About the refuge...

It's in our basement, a hidden chamber within our clothing storage. It used to be a guest suite, but we've had it renovated. You'll find a work room, shelves for books, and even a bath to relax and pass the time.

We have many different outfits here at the Radiant Raiment, but should you need a disguise, you can surely find one in our basement. Monk, merchant, baker, blacksmith, College mage... There are a number of options.

The Layout of Gryphon's Refuge
It's a small house, but you should have everything you need.
There's a dining room with an office, crafting room, and a bedroom with adjacent bath.

It has an enchanting table, alchemy table, as well as a cooking pot and baking oven. This should go far for any magickal skills. We've had a few items prepared there which may be fruitful for you.
There are also barrels and chests for you to store any ingredients or finished products.
A scroll of invisibility, as well as a scroll of pacify may help you evade any threats. There are some potions you may find useful too.
